1. Agreement to terms

By booking an appointment or using this website you agree to these terms. ADHD Doctors Ltd is registered in England and Wales and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

2. Our services

We provide outpatient psychiatric assessment, treatment and related services. We do not provide emergency or crisis care. Clinical advice is provided by regulated clinicians and is based on the information you give us; please ensure it is accurate and complete.

3. Booking and payment

Appointments are confirmed on receipt of payment. Fees are as published on our website at the time of booking. Health insurance patients must obtain pre-authorisation and remain responsible for any shortfall.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with more than 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or failure to attend, are charged in full. Refunds for prepaid packages are calculated pro rata for services not yet delivered.

5. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued at the clinical discretion of your prescriber and only where safe and appropriate. Controlled drug prescriptions are valid for 28 days. Medication costs are payable to the dispensing pharmacy. Repeat prescriptions require up-to-date reviews.

6. Medical records

We keep electronic clinical records in accordance with our privacy policy and NHS records management guidance. You may request a copy of your records at any time.

7. Website content

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
